[Impact] Unauthenticated remote attackers can forge identity tokens to bypass authentication, gain full technician sessions, and potentially bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA)
[Mitigation] Immediately upgrade SimpleHelp to the patched version or disable OIDC authentication until the patch is applied
